Stargate article 3

Opening the stargate tour.

This was a major tour, organised by Adrian Gilbert. Spread over a two week period. it involved visits to both Egypt and Israel. During the course of the tour Adrian gave slide-show lectures explaining the significance of what was to be seen in terms of Hermeticism, Esoteric Christianity and the Kabbalah. This was not all, however, for the guests visited the pyramids and Jerusalem at a time when certain signatures in the sky indicated that something very important is soon to happen in the history of the earth and the on-going process of mankind's development. We were therefore bearing witness on earth to these events in the sky: the occassion of the "opening of a stargate". This is something that only happens once ever 13,000 years and it marks the true beginning of the "New Age". By participating in this event in a conscious way we were acting in accordance with the Hermetic philosophy as taught in Egypt "As above, so Below". Gilbert believes that the true meaning of this statement is to do with a special form of esoteric astrology which has a curious relevance for us today and in fact relates to Biblical prophecy. A close examination of the Biblical record and comparison of this with known history reveals that many of the major events in the life of Jesus Christ: his birth, baptism, crucifixion, resurrection and ascension were all written in the stars. (This is explained in detail in Signs in the Sky. That this should be so is not surprising for esoteric astrology is one of the major keys needed for understanding the cryptic prophecies contained in the Bible. However it was not necessary to be a Christian or religious in any other way to benefit from this trip. The Opening the stargate tour was organized entirely independently of any church, cult, temple or any other religious grouping. It was intended for anyone of any race or creed that shares an open-minded disposition and who is not afraid to seek for the truth themself.

For the eighten people who participated in the trip it proved a most memorable experience. If the signs now appearing in the sky are to believed, this summer will be a turning point for all of humanity wherever on the globe they may be standing. The opening of the stargate is a wake up call for us all.

This was the itinerary and all efforts were made to adhere to this. However with such a complex tour we were somewhat dependent on circumstances beyond our control. In the event it was necessary to vary the itinerary slightly. Adrian would like to run more trips like this. One possibility that is under active consideration is to visit Turkey and witness the sun shining down the shaft at Arsameia (see details about this shaft in my book Magi:the quest for a secret tradition.
